In order for us to efficiently provide club merchandise, we have implemented a Pre-Order system. We will consolidate the orders twice a month and place the order for production.
On pre-ordered items, we aim to have the orders available within 3 weeks or less from the order date. This is largely dependant on the supplier. If we have stock, you can collect from the clubhouse right away.
Unfortunately, as we are a non-profit sports club we are unable to process refunds and exchanges in the way a regular ecommerce store will do. We will look at each case on a case by case basis and try and assist where possible. We thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
Unfortunately, we can't make everyone happy. But we are always looking to improve, reach out to us and let us know what kinds of items you'd like. We will discuss it with the club committee and potentially add it into our range.
